Bio:

You have stumbled on the story of a woman in the process of starting over. I pretty much frakked things up the first time 'round, did a few years in purgatory, and I'm now well on my way to becoming the living embodiment of the phrase "Life Begins at 40".

I am mother, daughter, sister, girlfriend, and bullshit artist extraordinaire. I work in construction, sell t-shirts, and have dreams of one day getting published. I'm a pop culture junkie with a sometimes truly unfortunate love of bad cinema and soap operas. When I fall in fandom love, it's pretty all-encompassing. My current #1 Fandom is Supernatural, and I'm becoming a pretty pathetically committed Faith (BTVS) and Dean (SPN) 'shipper.

You do need to understand that if you're here because of something I posted somewhere else, it might behoove you to take a week or so and get a feel for the place before putting down roots. I will usually friend you back, but if I don't -- *please* don't take it personally. As they say, it's not you...it's me.

Entries are likely to be about anything, from rabid fangirl squealings, to vents about my family life, crowing about my daughter, and the occasional crabbing about society. There will usually be snark, occasionally angst -- and this is a drama free zone. Violators will be banned. :)
